Biography

Sandra is originally from the Netherlands. As a model she has featured in magazines and walked the runways around the world. With more than ten years of experience in the fashion scene, she has worked both in front and behind the cameras. Sandra holds a Master Degree in Special Effects Make-Up and has a rich experience as a hair stylist. An entrepreneur in her own right.

Misses Bakker started her own business in special effects (make-up) for horror films, television shows as well as theaters. Her passion for the creative industry is evident in the versatile body of work that she has produced. Sandra has traveled the world finding inspiration and work experience in Venice, Beijing, Cebu, Antwerp, Amsterdam and has currently settled in Hong Kong. Throughout her travels, Sandra was very much influenced by the intricate traditions of the Venetian Mask creation as well as by the wonderfully expressive design of Chinese Opera.

Alongside her artistic work Sandra has also given classes and made beauty tutorials. She has also worked as a hair and make-up artist for Fashion Editorials, Fashion TV and many Bridal Shoots. Combining the two extremes; theatrical creativity and fashionable beauty; in her rich and versatile body of work.
